Refund policy

 

  • Customers must take an unboxing video immediately upon receiving their order to be eligible for any return, replacement, or refund.
  • For product damage or issues, notify the company within 24 hours of delivery, providing the unboxing video as evidence. Without this video, claims will not be processed
  • All claims must include the unboxing video and relevant evidence. Claims lacking this documentation or made after 24 hours will not be eligible for processing.
